Founder and Chief Learning Officer
Nadeem Ahmed is an accomplished Learning and Leadership expert with over 31 years of cross-functional experience across the GCC and Asia. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, where he completed advanced programs in Senior Management, Managing Talent, and Leadership, Nadeem brings a rare blend of strategic insight and people-centric leadership to the field of Learning & Development.
With deep expertise in General Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and Strategy, he has successfully delivered more than 500 leadership workshops across the GCC, transforming leaders and organizations alike.
Renowned for his ability to connect deeply with participants, Nadeem’s sessions go beyond training—they inspire real, measurable transformation. As Founder and Chief Learning Officer, he continues to drive the mission of building empowered leaders and learning-driven organizations.
Sidharth Bhargava
Founder
Sidharth Bhargava, an alumnus of Delhi University (Masters in Business Economics), has over 25 years of experience in education and training. He has led initiatives at NIIT, Informatics, and Picasso Animation College, and served as Founder Director at a University in Delhi NCR.
